The purpose of HBTI Narratives is to provide you and your patient’s attorney a detailed, accurate report that represents your patient’s Symptoms, Exams, Diagnosis, and Treatments while under your care for an automobile accident.
The report writer is merely an adjunct to the documentation of information that you have collected over a period of weeks or months on each personal injury patient you see.
The information you have collected should contain certain value drivers. By using the forms created by Dr. Eggleston, this web-application will allow you to plug-in all the data or “value drivers” in a mirror like image into individual screens. This is not a canned report writer. You will be able to edit and in put specific information and details for each patient. All the data you or your CA puts into the program is combined and will produce a Narrative Report specific to your patient.
This report will help the adjusters understand the seriousness of the injuries that your patients have suffered as a result of the car crash. The report is laid out such that the adjuster is provided with all the value drivers. These drivers are put into the Colossus Software Program which is used by 90% of all major insurance carriers across the nation and give value to the case for settlement purposes.
