Donna graduated from Los Angeles College of Dental Assistants and continued her education through USC Extension to become a Certified Surgical Assistant. She has both hospital and office setting experience while working as a surgical assistant. Due to her talent and ambition she became the office manager for several successful oral surgeons in the Orange County area. After a 12 year career in the dental field, Donna joined her husband Dr. Steven Eggleston in 1991 to work in the “family business” as Steve had then become a chiropractor. The change in professional offices was an easy transition for Donna as she helped Steve develop his private practice into a successful and rewarding business. Donna managed all aspects of the chiropractic office for 18 years including the last 3 years while Dr. Eggleston attended law school. They sold the practice in October of 2008 and he is now practicing Law full time.

Donna has continued her career in chiropractic and currently provides private Consulting for Chiropractors. She is also the producer of HBTI Seminars and co-owner of HBTI Narratives. Donna’s involvement with the teaching of Chiropractors regarding personal injury patients, lends her the understanding of the need to have accurate and detailed records. She knows what the insurance companies are looking for. Being instrumental in the development of HBTI and the “Eggleston System”, her new venture with Theresa and their report writing application is invaluable.

Theresa graduated from Bates Technical College with an AAS degree in Web Development. She loves the web site development industry as it is one of the few industries that really merges art and science. The future of web Internet technology is now.
