- Why do I need a narrative report? Most doctors SOAP notes are impossible to read. An attorney needs specific and detailed information about the diagnosis and treatment for his client/your patient. Your ability to produce the exact type of information that are value drivers for a settlement are provided in your report when you use HBTI Narratives. This will help you get PAID… that’s a good reason to have a narrative report.
- How is HBTI Narratives going to save me money? HBTI Narratives is a web based application that stores your report in a data base and is accessible anytime you want to use it. There are no membership or registration fees involved if you have attended our sister sites Seminar on Personal Injury. The low cost fee for the report is saving you hundreds of dollars in staff and doctor time while producing a superior detailed report. Your report will not have the canned report look that you've seen in the past.
- How easy is your program to use? The narrative report application is user friendly. Your CA can do 90% of the report. You add the finishing touch, print and send to the attorney. Check out our sample Narrative Report. CLICK HERE
- Where do I get the data to input into HBTI Narratives application? The format comes from the forms created by Dr. Eggleston. You can access these forms from our sister website www.HBTIntitute.com under the section titled Doctors Forms.
- How do I use the forms? You can register for one of Dr. Eggleston's seminars that teaches "The Eggleston System" for documentation, diagnosis, treatment plans and narrative report writing or CLICK HERE for written instructions.
- How do I have my signature show up on the report? If you would like to have your signature on the report you must send a scanned copy of your signature to Theresa at hbtinarratives@live.com CLICK HERE for written instructions.
- Can I customize my narrative report? Yes, most sections in HBTI Narratives allow you to customize detailed information about your patient. There are pre-formatted text fields that may be used in full or edited at your discretion.
- What if I need to make changes to a narrative report and it's already been printed? You can edit the report anytime. Go to the website, make any changes then save your work. The report will be updated and the integrity of the report is intact being the current and last updated.
- How does the report get sent to the attorney on the case? Your report will print in a PDF format. You can email this report directly to the attorney of record. Your report will also have the capabilities of a digital signature using a jpeg file. Or you may print your report, sign and mail your report hard copy to the attorney.
- What if I have a technical problem? You will have unlimited access to tech support should you have any problems. There are no hidden fees for technical support.
- What if I haven't attended any of your Seminars? You can still use the report application. You will need to complete the pages with information you gather from your patient file. The format is the same and will produce the same looking report.
- How do I determine future meds? Future Medical expenses are best recommended by a Medical Doctor to have value in the Colossus system. CLICK HERE to see an example of recommendations for future Medical. Develop a working relationship with a Medical Doctor that supports chiropractic and will look out for your patient’s best interest.
- If my patient has a dental injury, do I need a dentist to write a report? Yes, any other physician of any type should always write a report or brief recommendation of your patient’s injuries. You will include the report in your patient records but you must also address the injury in the Narrative Report. CLICK HERE to see what you might say about a specific dental injury.
- What is considered a Disfigurement from an auto accident? Scars, chipped teeth or physical deformities must be noted as a Disfigurement in the Narrative Report.
